iOS is typically released in September alongside new product announcements, and many devices are currently waiting for the update. Due to this update, erasure operations may encounter errors. We cannot specify the exact release time, but if you see a sudden increase in errors during erasure operations, iOS 16 may be the cause. In that case, please review and try the following steps.

iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone X
iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus
iPhone SE (2nd generation or later)
If errors occur frequently
Restart Evidence Center.
Stop parallel multi-device erasure and try erasing a single device.
If the issue persists, please wait for our update completion notice. Our support and development teams are prepared to respond quickly to these kinds of situations.

本日 12日、iOS16が公開される可能性がある為 配信をさせて頂きました。
iOSは例年9月に新製品の発表と同時にリリースされており、現在アップデートの待機となっています。
このアップデートに関わり消去作業中にエラーが発生する可能性があります。配信時間の特定はできないのですが、消去作業中などでエラーが多発しましたらこのiOS16の件だと思い以下を確認・ご対応頂ければ幸いです。

複数台の並列消去を停止し、単体消去を行ってみる
