MASAMUNE is designed to minimize erasure errors, but in some cases a device may not be recoverable from Recovery Mode.
If that happens, please install iTunes and restore the device using iTunes.
After the restore is complete, you can erase the device with MASAMUNE Erasure as usual and issue an erasure certificate.
MASAMUNEは極力消去エラーが発生しない様に設計しておりますが、場合によってリカバリーモードから復旧が出来ない場合があります。
その場合は、iTunesをインストール頂きいTunes上で復元をする様お願いたします。
復元の作業が完了後は、MASAMUNE Erasureでも消去ができるますので通常通り消去作業証明書を発行する事ができます。
