Enabling USB debugging on Xiaomi devices
On most Android devices, you can erase a device after enabling USB debugging in Developer options.
However, on Xiaomi smartphones you must enable an additional Developer option, Install via USB, in addition to USB debugging.
To enable Install via USB, you will need to create/sign in to a Mi Account and register the device. In many cases, inserting a SIM card is also required during setup.
After completing these settings, you should be able to proceed with erasure using MASAMUNE.
